Is there a trial available?
Yes, blendables essentials mix is offered as a 60 day trial. The installer and build is the same for the full and trial version. If you wish to use the installation in trial mode for 60 days simply select cancel when prompted to activate and you will enter 60 day trial mode. To unlock the 60 day trial please purchase an activation key via the electronic download version that is available. You will be emailed an activation key to use. To activate ahead of the trial experiation prompt use the blendables activation application available at Start - All Programs - IdentityMine Blendables - Essentials Mix - Activate. You can download the installer from here.

How does License Activation work?
After installing blendables you will be presented with an activation prompt. Please enter the product key you received via email and select Activate. If you wish to use the installation in trial mode for 60 days simply select cancel and you will enter 60 day trial mode. A license is required for each machine utilizing the blendables controls. If your activation is rejected an option to contact blendables support wil be presented to you to remedy the issue. As we do not offer a deactivation method, if you must reactivate on a new developer machine you are allowed up to 3 activations. This is for the case of re-imaging or setting up a new developer machine. Once this limit is reached you must contact blendables support at support@blendables.com to proceed with activation.

How do I receive a volume discount?
Volume discounts of 20% off are provided via the checkout process when purchasing 5 or more licenses. If you require a large volume discount over 15 licenses please contact sales@blendables.com for additional pricing options.

What is Gold Support?
We understand that at times there is a need for priority support if a critical solution is needed. In addition to the support provided under the normal forums we have created a Gold Support forum that provides a venue for these critical issues. The blendables team will respond to questions in this forum within 1 business day Monday - Friday. To purhcase blendables support please add it to your shopping cart during checkout. The user id who purchases the gold support will have access to post questions to the forum.

Where can I find the reference assemblies after install??
The reference assemblies are located on 32-bit systems at: %ProgramFiles%\Reference Assemblies\IdentityMine Blendables\Essentials Mix\v1.0 and on 64-bit systems at: %ProgramFiles(x86)%\Reference Assemblies\IdentityMine Blendables\Essentials Mix\v1.0

How do I ensure a proper runtime license when building in Visual Studio?
To build an application with a licensed copy of blendables essentials mix and have a run-time license properly embedded into the application there is currently a manual step required. A licenses.licx file must manually be added to the project as an embedded resource (this is the default build action when adding a .licx file). A licenses.licx file is provided containing all the blendables essentials controls for this use at: %ProgramFiles%\IdentityMine Blendables\Essentials Mix (%ProgramFiles(x86)%\IdentityMine Blendables\Essentials Mix on x64).
