If you choose to enter your code in the Contest, you agree to supply, as prompted by any Contest intake or set-up screens or templates, complete and accurate information that will not be false or misleading.

By entering your code in the Contest, you, on behalf of yourself and any collaborators you may have worked with on your code, make the following representations and warranties: (i) your code is your original creation and expression, and does not infringe any copyright, patent or other proprietary right of any other person or entity; (ii) no portion of your code contains any disabling mechanism or protection feature designed to prevent copying or its use in any manner; (iii) your code will be free of any virus, worm, lock, or other mechanism or device that may be used to modify, delete, damage or disable any hardware or computer system, or which would otherwise render inaccessible or impair the use of your code in any way. If you worked with collaborators on your code, you also represent and warrant that you have permission from your collaborators to enter your code in the Contest, to make these representations and warranties, to grant the license and other rights described below, and to otherwise bind your collaborators to the rules of the Contest. IdentityMine will rely on these representations and warranties, and you agree to hold IdentityMine harmless from any breach.

By entering your code in the Contest, you also, on behalf of yourself and any collaborators, grant to each of IdentityMine (including IdentityMine’s partners, and their respective affiliates and subsidiaries, employees, agents, and contractors), any testing partners, and the administrator and judges of the Contest, an irrevocable, perpetual, royalty free, fully paid up, worldwide, non-exclusive license to use, review, assess, test and otherwise analyze your code in connection with the Contest. By entering, you (and your collaborators, if applicable) are also giving IdentityMine permission to feature your code, and any associated Contest entry materials, in any medium, including, but not limited to, website, television, radio and/or printed materials, to promote IdentityMine’s Blendables™ products and other IdentityMine products and services. IdentityMine and its designees and their respective assigns shall be free to use for any purpose in any and all media now known or hereinafter developed in any territory in perpetuity the residuals resulting from access to or work with your code. The term "residuals" means information in intangible form, which is retained in memory by persons who have had access to the submissions, including ideas, concepts, know-how, or techniques contained therein. Neither IdentityMine nor its designees or their respective assigns shall have any obligation to limit or restrict the assignment of such persons or to pay royalties for any work resulting from the use of residuals
